Rachel brings over six years of experience in the health and disability sectors, having worked across a variety of community-based roles—from women’s refuges to the mental health field—before transitioning into Support Coordination.

She has supported individuals across all age groups and in diverse settings including aged care, hospitals, group homes, paediatric clinics, and community health. Rachel draws on this broad experience to support clients with complex needs and to tailor her approach to each individual.

She is passionate about taking a person-centred approach and is dedicated to helping clients and their families find the best supports to suit their unique circumstances.

Rachel is focused on empowering clients to reach their NDIS goals. With a warm sense of humour, she helps ease the challenges of navigating NDIS processes, ensuring her clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.

Senior Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Prior to joining Marli and Moe, Leanne worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist, supporting clients with disabilities. She has a genuine passion for helping people improve their quality of life and brings a caring, hands-on approach to her work.

Leanne understands the impact that stress can have on a family unit and recognises that each family member may respond differently to challenging life events. Her insight and empathy enable her to provide thoughtful, individualised support.

With a big heart full of compassion and understanding, Leanne is dedicated to delivering the highest quality service to her clients in her role as a Support Coordinator.

Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Chloe is a vibrant young woman with a strong background in customer service and injury management. Over the past two years, she has worked closely with individuals to ensure they are properly compensated for their injuries and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. Chloe is passionate about ensuring people with disabilities have access to the support they need to thrive.

Coming from a large family of six children, Chloe has two brothers who were recently diagnosed—one with ASD, behavioural and learning difficulties, and the other with ASD and ADHD. Through her personal experience, Chloe has gained a deep understanding of the challenges children, teenagers, and their families face in navigating diagnoses and accessing early, appropriate support.

A lifelong animal lover—especially of rescues—Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends, socialising, and embracing new experiences (her most recent adventure: skydiving!). With her bubbly and kind nature, Chloe is always making new connections and building strong networks in both her personal and professional life.

Support Coordinator

Chloe is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. With a firm belief that age is just a number, she has shown remarkable adaptability across various roles throughout her career.

Her journey began as a swim instructor, where she taught individuals of all ages and abilities, from infants to adults. She also supported high school students during school camps, helping build resilience in young minds.

Chloe then transitioned to aged care, where she provided support to elderly individuals facing physical and mental health challenges. She approached her role with empathy and compassion, assisting with daily tasks and offering companionship. Additionally, Chloe has supported individuals during end-of-life care, ensuring their dignity and respecting their palliative care wishes.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending quality time with her family and her beloved kelpies, Albie and Jax. Her commitment to both her career and personal life reflects her core values of compassion and dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Support Coordinator

Before joining Marli and Moe, Eleanor worked as a Medical Receptionist/Manager, where she supported clients with disabilities by helping them navigate the process of finding the right services and understanding the NDIS.

With a deep knowledge of disabilities, Eleanor understands how they can impact daily life. She is an out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys listening to participants and their families, helping them find the supports they need. Passionate, understanding, and kind, Eleanor’s goal is to deliver the highest quality of service to her clients as a Support Coordinator.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, cherishing family moments when not supporting her clients.

Alex has worked as a Support Coordinator for six years and holds a Bachelor of Counselling. He brings a deep sense of curiosity and empathy to his work, using active listening to engage meaningfully with people and honour their lived experiences. Alex approaches each interaction with respectful determination and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that individuals have clear, accessible information to make informed choices aligned with their goals. He is committed to congruence in his practice, consistently demonstrating an honest desire to empower those he supports. Beyond his professional role, Alex values creativity and personal growth, which he nurtures through regular acrylic painting sessions.

Having worked in an allied health setting as a Remedial Massage Therapist, Amy has gained valuable experience supporting clients with disabilities and their families. She is deeply passionate about enhancing quality of life and providing comprehensive, person-centred support that makes a meaningful and lasting impact. As a Support Coordinator, Amy is committed to delivering the highest level of service and ensuring the well-being of her clients.

In her personal time, Amy enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Annika Ford

Annika Ford

Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Annika has nearly five years of dedicated experience in the disability sector, beginning her journey as a Disability Support Worker in regional group homes, and later working as a Sport and Recreation Coordinator in Southwest Sydney. Her background in Early Childhood Education and Care, combined with five years as a medical receptionist alongside healthcare professionals, has given her a deep understanding of both disabilities and the healthcare system.

Passionate about supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs, Annika pursued further education, earning a Certificate in Understanding Traumatic Brain Injuries from the University of Tasmania. She has also completed training in Diabetes Management, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) Management, and Regulated Restrictive Practices for Children and Young People.

Her experience spans a broad range of conditions, including ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, dementia, and more.

Today, Annika focuses on empowering individuals and promoting inclusivity within the disability community. She is committed to advocating for accessibility and equality, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of work, Annika enjoys a rich personal life. She’s an avid reader with a personal library of over 400 books (and counting). A passionate baker, she loves trying new recipes to share with friends and her fiancé. She also enjoys crafting and spends her spare time knitting trauma teddies for the Red Cross Australia, providing comfort to children who have experienced traumatic situations.
