Team Leader/ Support Coordinator

Brandon has a passion for working with youth and participants with physical, intellectual, and psychological disability. His previous experience as a disability support worker and in crisis out-of-home carer for young people has given him a greater understanding of the needs of individual participants and how to implement a holistic approach to participants' care. Brandon's previous roles have given him hands-on experience working day-to-day with participants.

Brandon has completed a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention as well as some units relating to counselling and disability services. He has undertaken therapeutic crisis intervention training and has worked under the trauma informed care and person-centered care principles.

Brandon believes in an individualised approach for each participant. He strives to assist his participants to have autonomy when it comes to their care by providing informed choices. Brandon chose to become a Support Coordinator so that he could play a greater role in helping participants navigate the NDIS and get the support and are that they need.

Rachel has over six years' experience in the health and disability sectors. She has worked in various community-based roles from a women's refuge to the mental health field before becoming a Support Coordinator.

She has experience with all age groups and in diverse environments including, aged care, hospitals, group homes, paediatric clinics and community health. She enjoys using her experience in those diverse roles to assist people with complex needs.

Rachel strongly believes in a person-centred approach and has a passion for helping to find the best supports for her clients and their families.

Rachel is focused on empowering clients to achieve their NDIS goals and likes to use her sense of humour when assisting with the challenges of navigating the NDIS processes to help her clients feel more comfortable with the difficulties they may face.

Isabel has over 18 years of experience in the disability industry, working with people with various disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Psychosocial, Prada Willy and Fragile X Syndrome. Isabel has previously assisted many participants to roll over from block funding to the NDIS prior to becoming a support coordinator in 2017. As a Support Coordinator, Isabel has experience in applying for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). Isabel is a kind, compassionate, and understanding person who strives to make a difference in people's lives. She believes in fighting for the right cause and is passionate about wanting to enrich people's lives

Clayton is a fun and bubbly people person who has been working in the disability sector for 3 years, with most of his experience involving support work in a group home and personalised home environment.

Clayton has passion and drive for helping people and is very personable and communicable which makes him perfectly suited in the disability industry. Clayton in his spare times, loves exercising and socialising with his friends, and has a profound love for Animals. Clayton has been involved with showing cattle for several years now, travelling all over Australia to do so. Clayton will, to the best of his ability, strive to bring light to any situation and this reflects in his support coordination role.

Samantha's skills of working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs, come from working in client's homes for 7 years.

Samantha's interests are in mental health and children's needs, particularly ADHD having family experience with understanding and managing the symptoms of ADHD.

Samantha has studied and worked in children's services and is currently studying Diploma of Community Services - Case Management.

Brittany has over tens years’ experience working directly with children, young people and their families within the child and family community sector space. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy. Brittany’s core experience and passion has been to help families navigate through an array of challenges that can impact family functioning, including trauma, attachment and bonding, substance misuse, mental health, disability, child development, and social isolation.

Brittany understands the impact of stress on a family unit and acknowledges that every family member can respond differently to a stressful life event. Brittany believes every individual and their family has the right to access appropriate service intervention to help them to be the best versions of themselves. Brittany prides herself on taking a person-centered approach and loves listening to the life stories of the people she supports. Brittany strives to create a solid engagement with her clients to achieve the best outcomes in a safe, fun, and collaborative way.

Chloe enjoys working with a diverse range of people, Chloe believes age is just a number with her previous roles demonstrating.

Chloe's past work experience includes being a swim instructor, from infants up to adults of all abilities. Throw in the occasional work support highschool students on school camps. Followed by working in the aged care sector supporting elderly people with both physical and mental ill health complete daily tasks. Additionally Chloe has supported people during their end of life care to be supported in a way which maintained their dignity and respected their palliative care wishes.

During her free time Chloe the things Chloe cherishes most is spending time with her family and kelpies Albie and Jax.

Prior to joining Marli and Moe Eleanor worked as a Medical Receptionist/Manager working alongside clients with disabilities to help navigate through finding the right services and helping with understanding the NDIS.

Eleanor has a deep knowledge of disabilities and this can change what people's day-today life can look like. Eleanor is an out of the box thinker and enjoys listening to participants and families to help them find the supports they may need. Eleanor is passionate, understanding and kind. Eleanor’s goal is to deliver the best quality of service to her clients as a Support Coordinator.

Amy is committed to delivering the highest level of service as a Support Coordinator, ensuring the well-being her clients.
