Jemma brings over 12 years of experience in the Disability and Health sectors to her role as Director of Marli and Moe. Her qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and a Diploma in Counselling, have equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supporting individuals with diverse and high-level needs.
Jemma’s expertise lies in supporting participants with degenerative conditions, complex trauma, terminal diagnoses, rare diseases, and high-complexity support requirements. Her approach is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and a genuine passion for driving better outcomes for individuals and families navigating the NDIS.
Her personal journey—advocating for her daughter Marli following an Acquired Brain Injury and ongoing medical complexities—has shaped her unwavering commitment to building a more inclusive, compassionate, and capable support system for others.
Jemma is a strong advocate and ally for inclusive, equitable, and person-centered support, with a deep-rooted commitment to being alongside participants and their families—through the ups and downs, together.

Community Intake Officer
Susanna brings over 10 years of experience in client-focused customer service, having worked both in Australia and the United States. From growing up on the Sunshine Coast to living in Brisbane and New York City, she deeply values the cultural experiences and insights gained from working with clients both locally and internationally.
Susanna understands the importance of being connected with like-minded, empathetic, and passionate supports. She is honored to be part of your NDIS journey with Marli and Moe.
Outside of work, Susanna cherishes spending time in nature with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Billie.

Executive Assistant
Susie has an extensive background in Administration and Customer Service, with over 40 years of experience working across a variety of companies. She now finds herself in a unique and fulfilling role, working alongside a caring, dedicated, and compassionate team. This environment inspires her to continuously grow, and more importantly, to help make the world a safer, more tolerant, and accepting place for everyone.
Susie's beloved granddaughter suffered a stroke as a direct result of contracting Pneumococcal Meningitis as a baby. As a result, she lives with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), hearing impairment, and learning difficulties. During that time, Susie and her family felt incredibly alone and fearful for her future.
Back then, the NDIS was still in its early stages and extremely difficult to navigate. Today, thankfully, there are professionals who can guide and support families through challenging times. Susie is proud to be part of the Marli and Moe family and is continually inspired by the dedication and expertise of their Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators.

Quality and Assurance Manager
With a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in Support Coordination and the disability sector, Lisa has proudly stepped into the role of Quality and Assurance Manager at Marli and Moe.
In this role, Lisa provides ongoing support and guidance to our team of Support Coordinators, enabling her to make an even greater impact on the lives of individual participants and their families. She is passionate about ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of service, and she plays a vital role in upholding the values and quality that define Marli and Moe.
Driven by excellence, Lisa generously shares her knowledge and passion with the team, continually striving to improve processes and outcomes across the board. She understands that every individual has unique needs—regardless of shared diagnoses—and takes the time to truly see and support each person for who they are, whether they’re a staff member or participant.
With her caring nature, sensitivity, and genuine desire to help others grow, Lisa is a key contributor to fostering independence and delivering meaningful change within our community.

Specialist Support Coordinator
Emily has been working within the NDIS space as a Specialist Support Coordinator for many years and brings over a decade of experience in the broader disability sector.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Social Studies and a Master's Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Throughout her career, Emily has supported a diverse range of individuals—from those with mild intellectual disabilities and dual diagnoses involving mental health, substance use, or trauma, to clients with highly complex physical and intellectual disabilities. She is especially skilled in working with clients in crisis or with urgent support needs, where her therapeutic background is invaluable.
Emily understands that navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming, and she believes that having the right Support Coordinator can make a world of difference. She is committed to educating and empowering her clients and their families with the knowledge and tools they need to access the most suitable supports available.

Team Leader/ Specialist Support Coordinator
Disability and mental health support have always been close to Tenille's heart. Her journey with the NDIS began through supporting her son, River, giving her first-hand insight into how confronting and confusing the system can be. With this experience, Tenille is committed to providing reliable and compassionate support that empowers clients to reach their goals through the NDIS.
As a therapy assistant and group facilitator, Tenille has always approached her work with empathy and a person-centred mindset. She has supported children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of personalities and needs, always striving to meet each individual where they are.
Tenille is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Wollongong. She is a passionate advocate for inclusivity, acceptance, and equality—particularly for gender-diverse individuals—and is committed to being part of the positive change toward a society that embraces and celebrates difference.

Executive Assistant/ Digital Presence Manager
Megan is an Executive Assistant and Digital Presence Manager based in Western Sydney, with a strong passion for supporting people through active listening, empathy, and a holistic approach to care. With a diverse background in the disability and community services sector, Megan brings a wealth of experience and insight to her role.
She has worked in various capacities including as a direct support worker, within a Day Program, and at a Community and Family Development Centre. Throughout her career, Megan has supported participants with a wide range of diagnoses including psychosocial disability, complex and high support needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and more.
Megan has been involved in many critical aspects of participant support, such as hospital discharge transitions, sourcing long-term accommodation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, assisting participants in palliative care, and guiding individuals through the process of applying for Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Megan’s commitment to understanding each person’s unique needs and goals makes her an invaluable asset to the Marli and Moe team.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach Team Leader
Leanne is the Team Leader for the Psychosocial Recovery Coach Team at Marli and Moe, bringing strong leadership, deep empathy, and a passion for Mental Health to her role. With Mental Health First Aid certification and her own lived experience, Leanne offers a unique and compassionate approach to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
Prior to Marli and Moe, Leanne worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist, providing care to people with Disabilities. Her hands on background and natural ability to connect with others continue to shape her client focused approach.
Leanne understands the complexity of mental health challenges and the ripple effect they can have on individuals and families. She values each person's story and leads her team with integrity, insight and a strong commitment to a person centered, recovery orientated approach.
