Susanna brings over 10 years of experience in client-focused customer service, having worked both in Australia and the United States. From growing up on the Sunshine Coast to living in Brisbane and New York City, she deeply values the cultural experiences and insights gained from working with clients both locally and internationally.
Susanna understands the importance of being connected with like-minded, empathetic, and passionate supports. She is honored to be part of your NDIS journey with Marli and Moe.
Outside of work, Susanna cherishes spending time in nature with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Billie.

I am passionate about my role as a Support Coordinator and find great fulfillment in helping individuals navigate their support needs. Assisting others has always come naturally to me, and I take pride in making a meaningful difference in their lives.
While my primary interest lies in the paediatric space, I am eager to broaden my expertise by working with individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and strokes. Continuous learning is important to me, and I am committed to expanding my knowledge to better support my clients.
With a compassionate and dedicated approach, I strive to ensure that every individual receives the guidance and resources they need to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
